Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of project management experience, including a minimum of 3 years managing IT-related projects, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience leading IT infrastructure initiatives involving technologies such as cloud platforms, networking, data centers, disaster recovery, security, hardware upgrades, or enterprise infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including both Agile and Waterfall project delivery approaches.
- Experience working within Agile environments, with familiarity using Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar project management platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project schedules, budgets, resource planning, stakeholder communications, risk management, and change control.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical and non-technical information to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Knowledge of software quality assurance principles and experience supporting structured documentation and quality processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple small, mid-sized, and enterprise-level IT infrastructure projects simultaneously, ensuring successful execution from initiation through completion.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and budgets while monitoring progress against established milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, balancing workloads and ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage project financials, including cost estimation, budget tracking, variance analysis, and project reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders by providing regular project updates, facilitating meetings, and managing expectations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while maintaining contingency plans and ensuring effective issue resolution.
- Oversee change management processes, documenting scope, schedule, resource, and budget impacts while promoting adherence to established governance practices.
- Ensure compliance with software development lifecycle methodologies, DevSecOps processes, quality assurance standards, and release management procedures.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project reports, requirements, user stories, sprint planning, and deliverables using Agile project management tools.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by promoting best practices in project management, Agile delivery, and infrastructure modernization.
