Requirements
- 5–6 years of hands-on experience managing technical projects, preferably within consulting, agency, or technology-focused environments.
- Proven success delivering complex technology projects on time while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of technology concepts and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and technical teams.
- Advanced knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, including experience leading Agile delivery teams.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- Ability to create and manage project governance materials, including project plans, RAID logs, RACI documents, and executive reports.
- Experience tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and critical success factors (CSFs).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical information for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or other relevant project management certifications are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Establish and manage project frameworks from initiation through completion, including scope definition, objectives, success metrics, governance models, and operating processes.
- Create and maintain key project governance documentation, including project charters, RACI matrices, RAID logs, decision logs, and integrated project plans.
- Lead cross-functional teams across business, technology, operations, and external partners to ensure effective collaboration and delivery.
- Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and critical paths across multiple workstreams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, while supporting effective delivery practices.
- Drive accountability among stakeholders, ensuring ownership of deliverables, timelines, and project outcomes.
- Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies with clear recommendations and mitigation strategies.
- Lead governance meetings, executive reviews, and stakeholder discussions by preparing agendas, decisions, and action plans.
- Provide executive-level reporting on delivery progress, business impact, risks, priorities, and required decisions.
- Ensure projects remain aligned with budgets, roadmaps, strategic priorities, and expected value outcomes.
