Requirements
- Demonstrable experience setting up a corporate fundraising programme.
- Track record of securing five-figure+ relationships and raising income to target.
- Knowledge of various corporate income streams, including strategic partnerships, sponsorships, cause-related marketing, and employee engagement.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify high-value opportunities.
- Experience building a prospect portfolio and managing a sales pipeline.
- Experience using CRM systems, such as Salesforce, to manage pipelines and report outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with engaging presentation abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of fundraising legislation, ethics, compliance, and data protection requirements.
Responsibilities
- Identify and deliver opportunities to develop new partnerships by securing and onboarding corporate partners.
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships with corporate contacts through engagement and stewardship.
- Manage a robust pipeline of prospective partners using a strategic, targeted approach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and deliver high-value, mutually beneficial partnership proposals.
- Provide strategic support to the Head of Fundraising and Senior Leadership Team.
- Contribute sector knowledge and specialist insights to inform strategy and innovation.
