Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience interfacing directly with varied complex clients, preferably in healthcare or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM).
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong strategic thinking ability and skills to prepare and execute business plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and internet tools.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet client needs.
- Strong team orientation and commitment to client service.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Valid state driver’s license and current automobile insurance policy.
- Ability to adhere to and support compliance program objectives.
Responsibilities
- Co-develop long-term account strategy for assigned clients.
- Identify and communicate upsell and expansion opportunities for inclusion in strategic business plans.
- Ensure client retention and achieve corporate strategic goals for the client base.
- Deliver facts-based presentations, including Strategic Business Plans and Performance Standard reports, using proprietary tools.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Account Executive on strategy and meeting approaches.
- Facilitate resolution of escalated member and client issues.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to Senior CSC and CSC roles.
- Travel to client sites as needed to meet goals.
