Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with revenue reporting, tracking, T&E, and bonus management is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build cross-functional relationships.
- Strong aptitude for complex problem solving using financial modeling and analysis.
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., Co-pilot) to drive automation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Domo or Tableau.
- Experience in Business Services, Advertising, Media, Technology, or Public Relations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly revenue tracking and refine data visualization dashboards.
- Generate detailed modeling for quarterly bonus updates and partner with HR on payout exercises.
- Manage T&E exception and escalation processes in collaboration with the offshoring team.
- Support the monthly close process by partnering with the accounting team.
- Create monthly and quarterly internal reports and analyses for senior management.
- Identify trends and financial risks and opportunities across the business.
- Evaluate strategic initiatives and incorporate financial impacts into plans.
- Continuously improve efficiency through process automation.
