Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), preferably within a high-growth SaaS, FinTech, or technology environment.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with the ability to build sophisticated forecasting and planning models.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS financial metrics, including ARR, churn, LTV/CAC, NRR, and their impact on business performance.
  • Experience performing financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for cross-functional business units.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear business recommendations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities independently.
  • Experience working with large datasets; SQL knowledge is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with financial planning and ERP platforms such as Pigment and NetSuite is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and enhance financial models supporting Go-to-Market operating expenses, including headcount, compensation, commissions, marketing investments, revenue sharing, technology tools, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Own budget-to-actual variance analysis, identifying key drivers, uncovering trends, and providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to manage budgets, forecast spending, support headcount planning, and improve financial accountability across GTM functions.
  • Deliver financial insights that optimize sales and marketing efficiency through metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), payback period, and overall investment performance.
  • Improve financial reporting processes by automating workflows and leveraging enterprise financial systems to create reliable, scalable reporting.
  • Develop executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and reports that communicate financial performance, business trends, and strategic recommendations.
  • Monitor and report on key financial and operational KPIs while supporting revenue forecasting, capacity planning, and long-term business growth initiatives.
