Requirements

- Minimum of 1 year in a quality role.
- Strong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage time-sensitive workflows across competing priorities.
- Experience analyzing large transactional data sets.
- Exceptional attention to detail in identifying risks and issues.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing industry demands and requirements.
- Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development.
- Proficiency in SQL is preferred.
- Experience with blockchain forensic tools (e.g., TRM Labs, Chainalysis, Elliptic) is preferred.
- CAMS, CFCS, or CFE certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve the quality program to ensure optimal review processes.
- Perform quality reviews on AML processes including KYC, periodic reviews, transaction monitoring, investigations, and screenings.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the compliance quality program remains agile.
- Drive continual process optimization, including the evaluation and leveraging of AI-enabled tools.
- Assist with ensuring all accountabilities are met and quality reviews are completed within defined SLAs.
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, training teams, and external vendors to drive quality performance.
- Engage directly with outsourced partners to manage performance and address process challenges.
