Requirements
- Strong Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Product Delivery, or related experience.
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, business analysis, and documentation.
- Experience leading stakeholder discussions and facilitating meetings with multiple participants.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into well-defined technical requirements.
- Experience supporting Data & Analytics, BI, Data Warehouse, or reporting initiatives.
- Strong understanding of relational database concepts, data structures, and data lineage.
- Experience managing backlogs, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience with Power BI, semantic models, and analytics/reporting solutions.
- Background working with Compensation, HR, Human Capital, or Workforce data.
- Experience defining governance, operational processes, or data management practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead business and technical requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and partner delivery teams.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and working sessions involving cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage and prioritize project backlogs, requirements, and delivery dependencies.
- Document business processes, functional requirements, data definitions, assumptions, and business rules.
- Partner with technical teams developing Microsoft Fabric solutions, semantic models, and reporting capabilities.
- Coordinate testing activities, validation efforts, and issue resolution tracking.
- Define and document operating procedures, governance processes, security assumptions, and change management practices.
- Act as a liaison between compensation stakeholders, HR partners, analytics teams, and technology resources.
