Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics, preferably supporting commercial, business development, or operational teams.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Tableau experience, including advanced calculations, parameters, performance optimization, and interactive dashboard development.
  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and build analytical solutions using Snowflake or comparable cloud data warehouses.
  • Experience with dbt for data modeling and GitHub for version control.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data sources such as claims, electronic health records, and health information exchange systems.
  • Strong data storytelling skills with the ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-changing environment, manage ambiguity, and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Tableau Desktop Specialist certification or similar certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key point of contact for reporting needs, business questions, and analytical requests by providing accurate and meaningful data insights.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards that support reporting, operational performance, client needs, and emerging programs.
  • Apply business intelligence best practices to create scalable, user-friendly, and high-performing reporting solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Build analytical models using dbt to support dashboards, reporting workflows, and downstream analytics.
  • Use SQL and analytics tools to collect, transform, and analyze large datasets from healthcare sources, including claims, EHR, health information exchange, and operational systems.
  • Manage analytics requests and reporting priorities through project management tools while maintaining clear communication and timely delivery.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear narratives and recommendations that connect insights to business goals and measurable impact.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to develop new capabilities that improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
