Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field preferred.
- 3-6 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or related analytical roles.
- 3+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience.
- Experience building and supporting reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions for business stakeholders.
- Experience working with financial and operational data in a corporate environment.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
- Working knowledge of DAX and Power Query.
- Experience creating and maintaining Power BI datasets and semantic models.
- Ability to design intuitive dashboards and effectively communicate business insights.
- Understanding of reporting best practices and performance optimization.
- Ability to validate, reconcile, and troubleshoot data to ensure reporting accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level Power BI dashboards, reports, datasets, and semantic models that support financial and operational decision-making.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
- Develop DAX calculations, Power Query transformations, and optimized data models to ensure reporting accuracy, performance, and usability.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes, data visualization standards, and self-service analytics capabilities.
- Serve as a Power BI subject matter expert and mentor to junior analysts.
