Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, or MIS strongly preferred.
- 3 years of experience in business analytics or informatics in a business or healthcare environment.
- 3 years of project management experience in a business or healthcare environment.
- 3 years of experience working with Excel using complex formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, dashboard development, data modeling, reporting automation, and large dataset analysis.
- Highly proficient in MS Outlook and Word.
- Experience in Hospital Utilization Management, Case Management, CDI and Coding, and Revenue Cycle Operations.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to create project plans, testing grids, and reports with minimal guidance.
- Strict adherence to HIPAA/HITECH compliance.
- Must pass a proctored Excel assessment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and own business analyses, scalability, and initiatives for financial planning and business intelligence systems.
- Collaborate with Finance, Business, and IT teams to develop strategies that optimize costs and improve reporting.
- Manage multi-departmental initiatives and coordinate with project teams to ensure progress and reporting to management.
- Prioritize initiatives based on organizational and financial ROI.
- Create detailed business requirements, outline opportunities and solutions, and develop actionable dashboard requirements.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and summarize data to support operational decision-making.
- Resolve complex issues and improve processes with minimal supervision.
