Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of business process analysis and project management experience.
- Demonstrated ownership of initiatives from ambiguous problems through delivered, adopted outcomes.
- Strong management fundamentals with the ability to partner with business process owners.
- Ability to hold scope on contained initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and self-sufficiently across the full business transformation lifecycle.
- Proven track record optimizing processes and enhancing systems.
- Experience in process mapping and requirements documentation.
- Experience implementing best practices.
- Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Own assigned initiatives end-to-end, defining scope, success criteria, and roadmaps.
- Partner with stakeholders to scope problems, gather requirements, and conduct fit-gap analysis.
- Work with technical experts to shape solutions that meet business needs.
- Facilitate workshops to understand pain points and drive consensus on process changes.
- Develop and deliver training, communications, and support for new processes and systems.
- Define KPIs to track the impact of new processes and identify further refinements.
