Requirements
- 3+ years of business analysis experience.
- 3+ years of experience with a prototyping tool designing front-end web pages.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an IT-related field.
- Experience with SQL.
- Experience with Visio or an equivalent diagramming tool.
- Experience with workflow diagramming.
- Experience with wireframing or prototyping tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience applying UX best practices.
- Knowledge of database concepts.
- Experience with business process modeling.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from end users and business partners.
- Query and analyze data to support and influence design and requirement decisions.
- Create clear and concise requirements documentation including use cases.
- Create detailed visual models including workflow diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Collaborate with development and quality assurance resources to ensure requirements are implemented as intended.
- Lead collaborative meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Identify business process improvement opportunities and UI feature enhancements.
- Provide production support, perform root cause analysis, and audit released changes.
