Requirements
- Expert proficiency in G Suite and project management tools such as Jira.
- Strong project management skills, with demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
- Advanced process improvement capabilities, ideally with Six Sigma experience.
- Expert ability to analyze data for business recommendations and reporting.
- Expert ability to create and update complex product records in a centralized Product Catalog.
- Master-level proficiency with proprietary platforms for ad classification and attribution.
- Advanced AI tool familiarity.
- Advanced business case creation and optimization skills.
- Deep, specialized knowledge of operations systems, creative types, and product catalogs.
- Clear written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience as a technical or team lead preferred.
- Familiarity with ML/AI-assisted workflows and human-in-the-loop (HiTL) operations preferred.
- SQL skills preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own creative type and priority industry at a global level, partnering with Product and Commercial teams.
- Represent Content & Data in cross-functional meetings, providing process input and strategy updates.
- Use data to recommend and build requirements for global operations improvements and creative flow enhancements.
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting for client-driven issues and perform in-depth root cause analysis.
- Establish and audit quality standards and SLAs for global creative and industry processes.
- Lead global strategic projects, manage change rollouts, and track post-launch impact.
- Maintain master knowledge of operations systems and manage complex records in a centralized Product Catalog.
- Perform UAT for assigned creatives and provide structured feedback for enhancements.
- Analyze key performance metrics to build business cases and present recommendations to leadership.
