Responsibilities
- Participate in daily team huddles to align on goals.
- Engage in regular training and coaching to develop sales skills.
- Make high volumes of outbound calls to provided warm leads.
- Persuade prospects to explore insurance options.
- Gather customer information and create profiles within the company CRM.
- Transfer qualified hot leads to the sales team.
- Meet with management as needed to discuss performance and development.
