Requirements
- 4+ years in software implementations, consulting, or project management.
- 2+ years of experience in the GRC industry or related fields.
- Proven experience being scrappy and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously while working effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
- Advanced technical knowledge in Excel or similar products.
- Ability to quickly master "no-code" configuration platforms.
- Strong interest in AI with proficiency in generative AI tools like Gemini, Claude, or ChatGPT.
- Bias for action and a track record of driving results with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities
- Drive new customer onboardings and expansion implementations end-to-end within a pod-based structure.
- Collaborate with Engagement Managers and Pod Leaders to ensure project health.
- Use LogicGate’s AI-driven assistant, Config Newton, to automate point-and-click work.
- Proactively solve upstream business problems to prevent churn and improve the end-user experience.
- Contribute to reducing implementation timelines through efficiency and AI.
- Act as a trusted advisor to understand business problems rather than just technical requirements.
- Design and build "sticky" Risk Cloud applications to drive long-term adoption.
