Requirements
- At least three years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment, ideally within an in-house Talent Acquisition team.
- Strong experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates across multiple role types and levels.
- Proven track record of building proactive candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing platforms.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
- Experience managing employment offers and supporting transparent negotiations.
- Commitment to delivering a thoughtful, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system, ideally Workable.
- Working knowledge of employment law, fair-hiring practices, and recruitment compliance.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills to manage multiple searches.
- Clear and engaging written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to provide constructive challenge to hiring managers.
- Experience within healthcare, health technology, or SaaS is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business priorities and define role requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role approval to offer acceptance.
- Lead structured recruitment kickoffs and facilitate evidence-based candidate debriefs.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks.
- Build diverse candidate pipelines and create inclusive job descriptions.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data within the applicant tracking system.
- Deliver a transparent and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Contribute to the development of global talent practices, tools, and process improvements.
