Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance-driven creative production.
- Experience at a performance media agency or in-house growth creative team at a DTC or app-based company.
- Proven track record producing/directing high-performing creative for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and CTV.
- Strong understanding of performance creative principles including hooks, pacing, and CTAs.
- Elevated visual taste with strong design and composition skills.
- Fluent in video editing tools for rapid iteration of ads.
- Active experience using AI generative tools to accelerate creative production.
- Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset to bridge creative, media, and analytics teams.
Responsibilities
- Concept and produce performance creative end-to-end across paid social, CTV, and emerging channels.
- Elevate visual quality, pacing, and storytelling to maintain brand standards while ensuring performance.
- Develop creative frameworks, hooks, and angles based on performance data and analytics.
- Manage and maximize agency and production partners through effective briefing and direction.
- Edit video directly to iterate and polish ads at speed.
- Leverage AI tools for ideation, scripting, editing, and asset generation.
