Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or a related discipline at an agency, platform, or in-house team.
- Proven track record leading creative strategy for a high monthly volume of content in fast, iterative sprint cycles.
- Experience managing creative strategy across multiple client accounts or brands simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable interpreting performance data from ads managers and analytics platforms.
- Confident and polished communication skills for presenting strategy and insights to clients and stakeholders.
- Skilled at writing clear, insight-driven creative briefs.
- Ability to blend analytical rigor with creative instinct.
- Organized and self-directed, capable of managing multiple workstreams in a distributed environment.
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools in performance creative strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead creative strategy across a portfolio of client accounts simultaneously, maintaining a high bar for quality.
- Act as the primary strategic point of contact for clients, presenting recommendations, test results, and performance insights.
- Analyze creative and campaign performance data (CTR, hook and hold rate, CPA, ROAS) and translate findings into clear creative briefs.
- Build and run testing frameworks that iterate creative strategy based on live performance signals.
- Develop and apply platform-specific strategy across paid social, OOH, and programmatic environments.
- Partner with Creative Leads, Designers, Copywriters, and Motion Artists to turn insights into performant concepts.
- Champion AI tools and workflows across the strategy process, from research to concept testing and reporting.
