Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting at a manager level.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting firm.
- Proven experience in managing multiple client accounts concurrently.
- Ability to meet deadlines or communicate in advance if not achievable.
- Ability to work in autonomy while maintaining a team spirit.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Contribute with Senior Management to the accounting department strategy and quality group.
- Manage a portfolio of clients and serve as the main point-of-contact.
- Ensure clients are fully informed of engagement progress and that all deadlines are timely met.
- Manage an in-person and remote team by coordinating schedules.
- Participate actively in client meetings and business planning efforts.
- Perform a final quality control check on accounting reports prepared on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
- Support team collaborators by providing on-the-job training and performance feedback.
- Use technology to enhance service delivery and share knowledge with the team.
