Requirements

- Experience working with social safety net programs, tax benefits, government agencies, or non-profit organizations.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on execution and risk mitigation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Proven experience in building and managing effective partnerships.
- Analytical skills and comfort working with data.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time to partner sites and program locations.
- Commitment to Code for America's mission of improving government service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own the execution of complex workstreams by leveraging strategic program and project management.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies and community organizations, to translate priorities into actionable plans.
- Identify metrics to track project success and make data-informed decisions.
- Support colleagues in navigating ambiguous environments by identifying and resolving roadblocks.
- Develop best practices within workstreams and share learnings with cross-functional partners.
- Present program findings and advocate for policy change to internal and external audiences.
