- Experience analyzing complex financial statements and identifying operational efficiencies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial and operational due diligence on potential and existing portfolio investments.
- Lead the evaluation of investment opportunities, including market analysis, valuation modeling, and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement value-creation strategies for portfolio companies.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and report key metrics to stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Support fundraising initiatives by preparing detailed investment memoranda and presentations.
