Requirements
- 3+ years working in the wholesale distribution industry.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- Attention to detail, thoroughness, and ability to take ownership of duties.
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree, or related experience (desired).
- 3+ years of experience using the WISE ERP system (desired).
- Ability to work a non-traditional schedule.
- Ability to work remotely and travel up to 50% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Train employees on WISE, WinZone, and Winreports functions.
- Train new president/managers and employees on various topics including WISE functions and reports like A Day’s Work in a Day.
- Work with local companies on the organization and setup of WISE data.
- Conduct follow-up training activities with recently visited local companies.
- Participate in in-person training events such as Annual Meetings, National Training, Regional Training, and MDTP sessions.
- Record training help videos and provide supporting documentation.
- Create, maintain, and resolve help tickets for end users.
- Collaborate with Programming, Quality Assurance, and Support teams on projects.
- Provide conceptual and strategic guidance to local companies.
