Requirements
- Significant experience in B2B or SaaS marketing, with a focus on field marketing, regional programs, or demand generation.
- Proven ability to partner closely with Sales leaders and convert regional priorities into actionable marketing plans.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple programs, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Demonstrated success in event management, regional campaign execution, and pipeline-driving activities.
- Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and marketing automation systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess program performance, interpret revenue impact, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently, operate with a high degree of ownership, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary marketing partner for the regional sales leader, aligning on goals, pipeline needs, and territory-level strategy.
- Localize and activate global campaigns ensuring messaging and channels resonate with regional audiences.
- Plan and manage regional in-person and virtual events including logistics, budgeting, and on-site management.
- Partner with Sales to design regional ABM initiatives, workshops, and executive briefings to advance opportunities.
- Execute lead generation and nurturing programs while ensuring timely follow-up with Sales.
- Track performance and establish KPIs for field marketing activities to provide data-driven insights to leadership.
