Job Details

At least one year of customer service experience.
Ability to navigate sensitive customer needs in a resilient manner.
Experience working with individuals with diverse backgrounds and needs.
Proven experience in handling sensitive information or supporting individuals in distress.
Strong empathetic listening skills and professional demeanor under pressure.
Understanding of confidentiality and privacy regulations/policies.
Technical proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
A designated private work environment to ensure data privacy.
Ability to work 1 weekend per month and at least 4 holidays per year.
Must be willing to work assigned shifts within EST business hours.
Experience in Jira, Zendesk, or other ticketing systems preferred.
Experience in a phone support role working with sensitive health information preferred.
Experience working in healthcare/health tech preferred.

Provide telephonic, email, and chat support to members and providers for approximately 7 hours daily.
De-escalate situations through active listening and a solution-focused approach.
Manage care coordination tasks, including maintaining patient charts, rescheduling appointments, and executing prescription authorizations.
Facilitate the release of documentation between members and providers.
Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues submitted by stakeholders.
Communicate sensitive information effectively and empathetically.
Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and improve service experiences.
