- Extensive experience in strategic planning, project oversight, and budget management.
- Experience working in a global matrixed team.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision.
- Proven relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong service mindset and solutions-focused approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with philanthropic, nonprofit, coalition, advocacy, or legislative communities preferred.
- Experience with clean energy trade associations or public-private sector work is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams with a focus on relationship management and program execution.
- Maintain and refine the Renewable Energy and Storage Industry Association Strategy.
- Coordinate with GETI Program Leads to ensure project outputs align with strategic goals.
- Support the Global Head of GETI in funder engagement, including preparation of briefings and reports.
- Develop and maintain KPIs for solar industry associations and lead monitoring and learning reporting.
