Job Details

High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of experience providing customer service via phone, email, and other methods.
Proficiency in modern computer processing solutions like Google Suite and MS Office.
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing, matching the brand voice.
Ability to task-switch frequently and manage changing priorities.
Intermediate understanding of the motorsports world and product technical concepts like fitments, car set-ups, and modifications.
Ability to work remotely with focus and motivation.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Experience with MacOS is preferred.
Experience with telephony systems (RingCentral) is preferred.
Experience with ERP systems (Netsuite) is a plus.
Experience using ticketing systems (Zendesk) is a plus.

Deliver best-in-class customer service through inbound and outbound phone, email, and other methods.
Assist customers with placing new orders, updating existing ones, and resolving any order-related questions or issues.
Process returns, exchanges, warranties, and refunds efficiently.
Provide timely and transparent updates on order status, backorders, and shipments.
Act as the voice of the customer, document recurring issues, and recommend improvements.
Maintain self-service resources such as help articles and guides.
Collaborate closely with Fitment, Fulfillment, and Production teams to ensure seamless resolution.
File, track, and report on shipping carrier claims.
