Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, client services, or a related customer-facing role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Experience using CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce, Insightly, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools, including Excel, reporting, presentations, and documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability without direct authority.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to improving client experiences and business outcomes.
- Availability to work full-time during standard business hours with flexibility for urgent customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner and primary point of contact for customers, helping them maximize the value of technology solutions and improve operational performance.
- Manage customer relationships from onboarding through ongoing engagement, ensuring successful adoption, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
- Lead customer meetings, track action items, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure commitments and service expectations are met.
- Analyze customer performance data, operational reports, and business trends to identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Prepare account summaries, performance reports, and insights to support customer success initiatives and internal decision-making.
- Act as a customer advocate by communicating client needs, feedback, and recurring challenges to product, support, and operational teams.
- Identify account risks, performance gaps, and customer concerns while escalating issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with sales teams on account growth strategies, customer presentations, and expansion opportunities.
