Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
5+ years of progressive accounting experience with close processes and financial statement preparation.
Strong foundation in US GAAP.
Experience in financial services, gaming, or regulated industries with complex multi-entity structures.
Experience with consolidation accounting and NCI.
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
Experience with financial systems and ERP platforms.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred.

Review journal entries prepared by the Staff Accountant for accuracy, completeness, and proper support.
Own joint venture and non-controlling interest accounting, including NCI allocations and financial statement presentation.
Manage the consolidation and elimination process across all FBG legal entities.
Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations and quarterly flux analysis.
Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
Maintain and strengthen internal controls (SOX) across consolidation and intercompany processes.
Coordinate the external audit process and serve as a primary point of contact for auditors.
Collaborate with Finance and business stakeholders to ensure proper financial capture of operations.
Identify and drive process improvements across consolidation, intercompany, and close workflows.
Support and develop team members to build a high-performing accounting function.
