Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 12 years of related experience.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, IF statements, and SUMIFs.
- Experience developing presentation materials in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Proven ability to navigate internal organizations to drive progress and create solutions.
- Demonstrated organizational skills for documenting and tracking customer programs.
- Proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to anticipate needs.
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail and professional demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of customer portfolios and ensure programs run successfully.
- Collaborate with AE partners to drive growth and retention strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to help customers navigate the payments landscape.
- Develop and deliver high-impact executive materials, including QBRs and briefing decks.
- Perform in-depth analysis of macro, business, and technology trends for key accounts.
- Create monthly customer-centric content to inform the organization on metrics and updates.
- Identify new upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow revenue.
