Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with direct account management in CPG Sales.
- Experience with the management of brokers.
- Strong collaboration and negotiation skills.
- Strong planning and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of P&L, financial projections, and financial metrics.
- Knowledge of Sales Planning Systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to travel for customer visits and team meetings.
Responsibilities
- Achieve profit, volume, distribution, and other key metrics as agreed.
- Develop and implement sales plans for both new and existing businesses.
- Build value-enhancing relationships with key customers.
- Negotiate contractual terms to ensure maximum ROI for Flora Food US.
