Requirements
- 8+ years of experience, including senior leadership of a business unit, program, or P&L.
- Meaningful experience in or adjacent to the U.S. federal / Department of Defense (DoD) market.
- Hands-on command of federal security and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST SP 800-171, DFARS, CMMC, FedRAMP, RMF/ATO).
- Experience operating as, or working with, a DoD prime or subcontractor.
- Proven track record of standing up or scaling a team and delivering complex software programs.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Active DoD 8140-compliant certification.
- Experience handling CUI and PII in regulated environments.
- Willingness to travel to partner sites as required.
Responsibilities
- Stand up and lead the MFP Federal team and establish the governance and internal controls of a federal-facing business unit.
- Own the entity's P&L, operating budget, and KPIs while partnering with corporate functions for alignment.
- Deliver capabilities against the scope, schedule, quality, and service-level commitments set forth in the contract.
- Translate government requirements into a credible product and delivery roadmap.
- Serve as the primary senior point of contact and corporate liaison to prime and government stakeholders.
- Manage security and compliance requirements and demonstrate compliance status throughout the period of performance.
- Govern the handling of sensitive data including CUI, PII, and audit readiness.
