Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, technology strategy, portfolio management, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience developing technology roadmaps, managing backlogs, and driving product outcomes.
- Experience working with enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, internal technology products, or engineering organizations.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product management frameworks, and demand-driven delivery models.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior technology leaders and align cross-functional teams.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, operations, security, and architecture stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and prioritization capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences.
- Experience implementing product-led operating models or platform engineering approaches is preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, infrastructure services, and software delivery pipelines is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define platform vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmaps aligned with enterprise priorities.
- Lead the transition from project-based delivery models to a demand-driven, product-led operating approach.
- Establish standardized processes for demand intake, evaluation, prioritization, and governance of platform initiatives.
- Own portfolio governance activities including capacity planning, investment prioritization, and executive reporting.
- Serve as a bridge between infrastructure teams, business technology groups, and enterprise stakeholders.
- Translate business and technical needs into clear platform capabilities and roadmap commitments.
- Drive adoption of platform services by defining value propositions and encouraging standardization.
- Partner with engineering, architecture, security, and operations teams to deliver scalable platform capabilities.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to platform adoption, customer satisfaction, and engineering productivity.
- Establish and scale product management practices including lifecycle management and backlog governance.
