Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; a relevant Master's degree is preferred.
  • 6–8 years of product management experience with demonstrated success leading products or major feature areas from discovery through launch.
  • Proven experience owning the complete product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, prioritization, roadmap planning, release management, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong experience writing product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, backlog management, sprint planning, and product lifecycle governance.
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with experience defining and measuring product success metrics.
  • Technical fluency with the ability to collaborate effectively on architecture, infrastructure, integrations, and technical trade-offs.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve workflows and an understanding of responsible AI practices.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for assigned product areas, translating business objectives and technical requirements into impactful product solutions.
  • Drive product discovery, define requirements, prioritize features, manage releases, and oversee post-launch enhancements to maximize customer and business value.
  • Develop product roadmaps aligned with strategic goals while maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog based on business impact, customer feedback, and development effort.
  • Create detailed product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and supporting materials for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Monitor product performance through data analysis and key performance metrics, using insights to guide product improvements and prioritization decisions.
  • Facilitate Agile product management practices, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder communication.
  • Conduct user research, solution validation, and product testing to ensure customer needs are effectively addressed.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions while proactively managing risks, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Contribute to the responsible adoption of AI technologies by identifying opportunities to improve product capabilities and operational efficiency.
