Job Details

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, operational excellence, industrial engineering, or operations consulting.
Demonstrated success delivering measurable improvements in throughput, OEE, capacity utilization, and manufacturing performance.
Proven experience implementing operational excellence methodologies including SMED, bottleneck management, centerlining, and daily management systems.
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting operational data.
Advanced Excel proficiency.
Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
Experience measuring operational benefits and driving accountability for continuous improvement.
Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 75%.

Conduct operational diagnostics to identify bottlenecks, workflow inefficiencies, scheduling challenges, and performance constraints.
Lead the hands-on implementation of operational excellence initiatives, including SMED, centerlining, bottleneck management, and structured problem-solving.
Partner with operators, engineers, and site leadership to deploy solutions and ensure sustained operational improvements.
Support daily management systems, tier meetings, and continuous improvement routines.
Analyze operational metrics like OEE, throughput, and capacity to generate actionable insights.
Monitor progress, track realized benefits, and collaborate with finance teams to validate improvements.
Document and standardize best practices for replication across multiple manufacturing sites.
Coach site teams to strengthen problem-solving capabilities and operational discipline.
