Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and visualization design.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills for slide design, sequencing, and professional formatting.
- Familiarity with Excel, SQL, and Power Query.
- Understanding of medical terminology, healthcare operations, and business metrics.
- Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify, collect, and validate data from internal systems, hospital partners, and external vendors.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, and visualizations.
- Develop presentation-ready reports for leadership, board meetings, and client reviews.
- Perform first-level interpretation and quality control to identify trends, risks, and anomalies.
- Collaborate with clinical, operations, finance, and development teams to define reporting requirements.
- Manage a master reporting calendar to track deadlines and deliverables across hospital programs.
- Recommend visualization methods and design practices to communicate insights effectively.
