Requirements
- Several years of experience in personal lines insurance analytics (Homeowners and Auto highly preferred).
- Expert-level SQL proficiency.
- Experience or interest in building predictive models and leveraging AI.
- Advanced LookerStudio expertise, specifically in building executive reporting suites.
- Deep mastery of insurance operational functions (auto and/or property claims is a plus).
- Proven ability to manage vague projects and create structure independently.
- Degree in a quantitative field.
- CPCU designation or progress toward actuarial exams is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Translate broad leadership objectives into structured analytical projects with defined milestones.
- Design and standardize reporting methodologies to ensure metrics are calculated with unified logic across operational functions.
- Lead the development of complex business cases for new initiatives, integrating ROI analysis with downstream data impact assessments.
- Serve as the primary analytical consultant for department heads to prioritize initiatives based on data-driven potential.
- Translate complex data into executive-ready narratives that lead stakeholders to balanced decisions regarding growth and profitability.
