Job Details

Progressive experience building enterprise software, automation, AI systems, or data platforms.
Hands-on experience integrating LLMs, generative AI, APIs, RAG systems, or AI agents into production.
Strong software engineering fundamentals (API design, testing, observability, secure coding).
Experience developing integrations with enterprise applications and collaboration platforms.
Knowledge of AI governance practices (access control, data classification, audit logging).
Ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into effective technical solutions.
Experience implementing telemetry, monitoring systems, and usage tracking.
Strong communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
Experience in regulated or security-focused environments (preferred).
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience.

Build AI-powered tools, workflow automations, agents, prompts, and integrations to improve productivity.
Partner with business stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver AI solutions.
Develop AI-assisted workflows such as knowledge retrieval, document generation, and task automation.
Create and maintain reusable AI assets including prompt libraries, agent templates, and connectors.
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, collaboration tools, and data systems.
Establish engineering best practices for documentation, testing, monitoring, and version control.
Implement responsible AI controls covering data handling, access management, and governance standards.
Develop dashboards and telemetry systems to monitor AI adoption, performance, and costs.
