Requirements
- Progressive experience building enterprise software, automation, data, AI, or digital workplace solutions.
- Hands-on experience integrating large language models, generative AI tools, APIs, RAG systems, agents, or prompt workflows.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals including API design, testing, observability, and documentation.
- Experience building integrations with enterprise systems, collaboration platforms, or data platforms.
- Working knowledge of AI governance such as access controls, data classification, prompt safety, and audit logging.
- Ability to convert ambiguous business workflows into practical technical solutions.
- Experience instrumenting systems with telemetry, logging, and dashboards.
- Clear communication skills for collaboration across business, engineering, security, and legal teams.
Responsibilities
- Build AI-assisted tools, workflow automations, agents, prompts, and integrations to reduce manual effort.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate high-friction workflows into technical requirements and AI solutions.
- Maintain internal enablement assets including prompt templates, agent examples, and usage guidance.
- Develop and maintain reusable AI components such as connectors, data pipelines, and skill templates.
- Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise systems, knowledge repositories, and workflow automation platforms.
- Implement engineering controls for data handling, prompt safety, audit logging, and secure integration patterns.
- Build dashboards to monitor AI usage, cost, adoption, and operational health.
- Instrument AI solutions to capture performance, quality, and productivity metrics for ROI analysis.
