Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building and operating production services, developer platforms, or infrastructure systems in modern cloud environments.
- Strong programming experience with Go (Golang) or the ability to quickly become proficient.
- Experience designing and operating CI/CD systems, container-based workflows, and scalable build and release infrastructure.
- Familiarity with cloud-native technologies, automation, and modern software delivery practices.
- Strong interest in AI-driven engineering workflows, including LLM-based automation, agentic systems, or context engineering.
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams to identify inefficiencies and improve productivity.
- Excellent communication skills for technical discussions and cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to operate in a high-growth environment with ambiguity and ownership.
- Experience scaling workflow automation systems like GitHub Actions, Argo Workflows, or Buildkite (preferred).
- Familiarity with developer productivity frameworks such as DORA or SPACE metrics (preferred).
- Experience with large codebases, monorepos, and related build tooling (preferred).
- Knowledge of software supply chain security, Kubernetes, or OCI standards (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, development, and improvement of developer platform capabilities.
- Improve CI/CD systems, build pipelines, and developer workflows to increase reliability and speed.
- Scale AI-powered development platforms by improving agent observability and retrieval workflows.
- Build and maintain standardized platform foundations to enable efficient onboarding and shipping.
- Identify repetitive engineering challenges and automate manual processes.
- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and engineering decisions.
- Partner with engineering teams to establish best practices for delivery performance and operational excellence.
