- 3+ years of relevant experience in private practice or in-house banking sector
- Qualified in Singapore or a common law jurisdiction
- Strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
- Provide commercial legal and advisory support on various financial products
- Review, vet and draft a range of legal documents including treasury documents, loan agreements, product terms and conditions, and security documents
- Ensure legal compliance with local and international standards
- Liaise, coordinate and collaborate with front and back office functions, internal control groups, and external counsel
