Requirements
- Degree in Law from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience, including international business exposure.
- Strong spoken and written English language skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail in legal documents and processes.
- Strong research skills to stay up-to-date with legal requirements and industry trends.
- Experience with intellectual property (IP) is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience working specifically with SaaS models is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and revise commercial contracts, including vendor, affiliate, and partnership agreements.
- Prepare and update internal policies, ensuring they align with legal standards and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and organized legal documentation, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate legal risks and ensure operations adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide legal support on day-to-day business operations, including addressing legal issues and offering practical solutions.
- Handle customer claims and legal concerns with professionalism, ensuring that responses are timely and legally sound.
- Collaborate with external legal teams to address complex legal disputes when necessary.
- Support the protection of the company’s intellectual property, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents.
