Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or Legal Studies.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a corporate, commercial or compliance legal role (in-house or law firm).
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, contracts, and employment matters.
- Experience working with EOR/PEO models preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across jurisdictions.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable collaborating across global time zones and functions.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate annual corporate obligations including filings, taxes, licenses, and regulatory compliance tracking.
- Review, draft, negotiate, and coordinate execution of commercial agreements like NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
- Support international expansion projects by coordinating with local counsel and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with immigration, visa, and global mobility matters.
- Conduct multi-jurisdictional legal research regarding employment models, licensing, and corporate governance.
- Support employment-related matters including terminations, compliance reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Maintain and improve internal legal trackers, compliance databases, and document management systems.
- Contribute to process optimization, workflow automation, and template standardization.
