- At least 3 years of post-licensure experience practicing as a PMHNP; at least 3 years of experience in an administrative or leadership role in a behavioral health setting.

Requirements
- Master's Degree from an accredited nursing program.
- PMHNP-BC certification.
- Active PMHNP/APRN license in Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Maryland.
- Commitment to obtaining additional state licenses as required.
- At least 3 years of post-licensure experience as a PMHNP.
- At least 3 years of experience in pediatric or adolescent mental health.
- At least 3 years of administrative or leadership experience in a behavioral health setting.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in pediatric psychiatry.
- Knowledge of behavioral health regulatory requirements and standards.
- Proficiency in technology, including Google Suite and EMR systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and management to psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and other medical professionals.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the needs of children, adolescents, and young adults.
- Ensure all medical services comply with behavioral health regulations and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with psychotherapists, diagnosticians, and support staff to provide integrated, personalized care.
- Develop external partnerships with medical providers and agencies to facilitate coordinated care and referrals.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and manage team performance.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new medical staff.
