Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, or business development.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow enterprise customer relationships while achieving commercial objectives.
  • Strong presentation skills with confidence delivering product demonstrations and customer-facing meetings.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Experience using CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, to manage customer interactions and sales pipelines.
  • Willingness to travel as required to support customer relationships, partner engagement, and industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
  • Drive account growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the existing client portfolio.
  • Lead regular business reviews with customers to evaluate performance, discuss strategic objectives, and identify future opportunities.
  • Respond to customer requests related to product enhancements, additional users, upgrades, service offerings, and contract amendments.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations remotely and, when required, in person to showcase new capabilities and solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with consulting and commercial teams to uncover new sales opportunities and deliver tailored customer solutions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, forecasts, and account information within the CRM system.
  • Develop relationships with strategic partners and support regional business development initiatives, including industry events, conferences, and customer visits.
