Requirements
- Track record of building reporting and analytics infrastructure from scratch.
- Comfort moving between SQL, spreadsheets, and BI tools.
- Experience designing and reading A/B tests.
- Strong instincts for prioritization in a cross-functional environment.
- Ability to work remotely and communicate asynchronously.
- Comfort operating with real ambiguity and defining build requirements.
- Strong preference for experience in healthcare, finance, or regulated industries.
- Valid Driver's License and REAL ID required.
Responsibilities
- Build a reliable single source of truth by reconciling core systems with patient- and care-pathway-tracking spreadsheets.
- Maintain funnel visibility across marketing acquisition, activation, provider engagement, and patient retention.
- Develop automated dashboards for leadership and Board performance tracking.
- Perform deep-dive funnel analysis to identify and address conversion bottlenecks.
- Track experiments across acquisition, onboarding, and provider workflows.
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaign analytics to measure ROI and results.
- Analyze provider utilization to spot workflow gaps and performance issues.
- Provide project management support for Quarterly Planning and Execution.
