Requirements
- Solid, hands-on recruiting experience in an agency, startup, or fast-scaling environment.
- Proven experience owning the full-cycle recruiting process end-to-end.
- Strong ability to function as a process-minded operator in a fast-paced, building environment.
- Demonstrated business acumen and professional judgment.
- Ability to work independently and bring structure to ambiguous situations.
- Capability to transition into a broader People Partner role as processes mature.
- Availability to start within 1-2 weeks.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and closing 6+ hires per month for roles across RM, Design, and others.
- Support core People Ops functions, managing onboarding and day-to-day employee inquiries.
- Collaborate with the P&C Lead on strategic initiatives including organizational structure rollouts and process design.
- Develop and build people foundations from the ground up as the organization scales.
- Represent company culture and standards in candidate communications.
