Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, particularly in high-demand environments.
- Fluency in English and German (mandatory).
- Strong analytical skills for tracking, interpreting, and reporting recruitment metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to align financial budgets with candidate salary and benefit expectations.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing strategies and tools for diverse talent attraction.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of ensuring high-quality candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for non-technical roles up to G7 level.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners to define hiring strategies and evaluation criteria.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines.
- Drive a positive candidate experience through transparent communication and timely feedback.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize process efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with global labor laws, internal SLAs, and data accuracy in Greenhouse.
- Promote diversity, equity, and belonging by mitigating selection biases.
- Collaborate with People Ops and cross-functional teams to support onboarding and employer branding.
