Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on high-demand environments.
  • Strong analytical skills to track, interpret, and report recruitment metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to match financial budgets with candidate salary and benefit expectations.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing strategies and tools to attract diverse talent.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Fluency in English and German is required.
  • Must currently reside in Spain.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for non-technical roles up to G7 level.
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners to define hiring strategies and evaluation criteria.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines.
  • Drive a positive candidate experience by maintaining transparent communication and timely feedback.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify bottlenecks and optimize processes.
  • Ensure compliance with global labor laws, internal SLAs, and data accuracy within the ATS.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and belonging throughout the selection process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
