Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on high-demand environments.
- Strong analytical skills to track, interpret, and report recruitment metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to match financial budgets with candidate salary and benefit expectations.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing strategies and tools to attract diverse talent.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
- Fluency in English and German is required.
- Must currently reside in Spain.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for non-technical roles up to G7 level.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners to define hiring strategies and evaluation criteria.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines.
- Drive a positive candidate experience by maintaining transparent communication and timely feedback.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify bottlenecks and optimize processes.
- Ensure compliance with global labor laws, internal SLAs, and data accuracy within the ATS.
- Promote diversity, equity, and belonging throughout the selection process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
