Requirements
- 3+ years of proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong consultative and relationship-building skills
- Excellent active listening, communication, and negotiation skills (verbal and written)
- Foundational financial acumen, with understanding of revenue, cash flow, and market trends
- Basic familiarity with technical solutions such as payment gateways, POS systems, or website building platforms
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with strong business acumen
Responsibilities
- Make 80-100 calls a day to warm leads that completed their business registration through our company
- Conduct consultative conversations to understand client needs, challenges, and business goals
- Position financial and technical solutions such as business loans, payment processing, banking services, and website building to address client pain points
- Explain complex financial and technical concepts in a simple, client-friendly way
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive recurring revenue and loyalty
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and leverage sales tools to track progress and performance
